Pic Request: Midnight Grille on OB Sedan

Hi All,

Still debating the Midnight Grille. I've searched the forum for photos of it on an Black sedan, but couldn't find any.

Any OB-ers have it installed and have photos? I'd be much obliged, as i'm worried about what the metallicish grill would look like.

Many thanks!

i'll post some pics tomorrow when i get a chance unless someone posts before me... It looks really nice to me and the "mettalic" finish is not noticable until you really look at it so dont worry about it standing out, IMO the sports model should have come with this stock.... Now wait and watch some ppl (*cough* Aeson ) come in and say it looks like an altima...

I just don't get why they left the top and bottom chrome, because that is the Altima grille. I wish they would have just blacked it all out. I still prefer the all chrome personally, but at least the all black wouldn't be an Altima copy. Just my .02...

These are the best pictures that I've found of a midnight grill on a BO G35. I can't tell if he did the grill himself, but it gives some kind of idea of how it will look. I'm also considering the same grill for my G

I don't know I painted my own grill to midnight and all i can say is that car looks much better, yeah maybe it looks like an Altima, but maybe only the sedan (the coupe has like a mustache chrome) plus with the MT Fuji in it, to me looks different.

You know, I have been thinking about this for a while now. I'd like to see someone with either a black or blue G sedan paint their grill and Mt Fuji satin aluminum and same with the chrome strip on the truck lid. It would look so-so on lighter color like IP or LP, but with the right wheels would look hot on a darker color. It would look great on terry's TT sedan. The color I'm talking about is a raw cast aluminum finish.

If you are looking for a unique look, that may work for you. ?

Thanks a lot DrGeeMD, NoG35S and GeeWizzard for the compliments, and i myself am a firm beliver in the "for each their own" theory so people should do what they like and not worry about what others think cause at the end of the day you are the one driving it around.

I will try to post better pics once the weather improves and i can wash and wax to perfection...

Looks great. Waiting for the weather to clear up to put my grille on.

Is that an overlay for the head lights?
