Wink Heat Wrap installed

So I finally got all my bits and pieces to install the heat wrap on the Invidia Q300. I wrapped all the pipes apart from the Y-pipe because I'm waiting to upgrade it to the new re-designed ones (and I don't want to run out of heat wrap) anyway enjoy the pics and bare in mind this is the first time I ever wrap anything so go easy on me :

Below shows the difference between how the wrap looks before spraying and after spraying:

Just waiting for the X-pipe to dry and I'll be spraying it tomorrow:

BTW I'll be cutting the excess clip ends before installation

Where did you pick up the heat wrap? I've been trying to track some down without any luck.

I think I got mine from here: http://www.thermotec.com/ but loads of places sell them, just type thermotec heat wrap in google.

Thanks, the x-pipe was a bit odd due to the welded section in the middle, but I started off from the back on one of the pipes and wrapped up to the weld, then I just overlaid one roll to the other side just to cover it from the top, I sat there thinking about it for a bit and figured not a lot of heat will be coming out of there so it should do, it's just the welds and a bit of the pipe not covered from the inside....does that make sense?

I'm installing my JIC Coilovers today, and then I have work for the rest of the week, so I think I'll be installing the exhaust sometime next week.
