Do you know if a DVD navigation From a 2007 Infiniti G35'S 4drs works in to a2003 G35 Coupe Navigation System?

I'm looking to do the same thing. I have an 04 G with stock navigation, can I get more recent versions of the navigation DVD to update my maps/destinations?
