    it doesn't matter, if u just wanna get the bumper he will take care of you.he probably prefer the whole thing to make easy to color match the color.

    No, not the toe bolt, the bolt on the other end of the spring cup...closest to the wheel. I'm pretty sure the distance is proportioniate to the amount of thread you see on the collar. So, if you want an inch up, you need to add an inch of thread between the adjusters (silver things you turn) and the top of the collar (where the thread stops). Hope that makes sense

    Hey Marc
    What you will need
    At least one jack stand (two if you want to raise the whole back end)
    A floor jack
    17mm socket or wrench

    After you raise the car up and put it on stand/s, you need to take the jack and put it under the spring cup (where I installed the toe bolts). The jack needs to push up on the spring cup a little which will release some pressure on the front bolt (bolt closest to the wheel). Remove the bolt. You now need to slowly let the jack down which will also now bring the spring cup down. From there, you can push the spring cup further down by hand to release the spring and collar. Adjust the collar and reverse the instructions to re-install.
