Yeah... I'm familiar with Shady Oak. Typically don't go that far down Excelsior, but I know where it is. I typically stay at either the Marriott West or Marriott Southwest so commute is pretty simple between exits on 169.

Peng, i take it then that your really enjoying your 2nd gen sedan? I'm telling you man. With the sport package, they are REALLY nice cars.

I LOVE our 08. It is like 30X the car my 05 is. It ran almost a second faster in the 1/4 mile than my car, and its bone stock with AWD. It is more comfortable, it handles better, the interior is nicer, it is EFFORTLESS to pass. I just LOVE the car and i'm going to be like, depressed when we get rid of it in April, and i think my dad is too which is why he wants to get an 09 next summer and trade mine off lol.

I have to say that if I ever move to a sport sedan, it would have to be a 3 series. Aside from the fact that I like the exterior look of the BMW better, it also feels more planted on the road. Drove my brothers 07 35 sedan and my mom 09 328i sedan back and the bimmer has my vote hands down.

I just cant get into the BMWs. Test driven many and i just cant get over the price. You can get a 330hp G for a couple thousand less than a comparably equipped 260hp 328i.. and the 328i is quite a bit slower than even MY G35 and its an 05 (had a friend with an 07 328 coupe). The new 2nd gens just blow the 28 out of the water when it comes to power.

I like a lot of power and a lot of car for the money. That is what always draws me back to the Infiniti G. And idk what you mean by planted, but they feel pretty similar to me. Maybe after driving G35 sedans since 04 has gotten me used to the way they perform, under normal driving, and hard driving. They feel solid and planted IMO.

I would take an 07 g sedan over a 328i anyday, the G is faster and better than the 328i in many aspects. I would however take a 335i sedan over the 07 G

OH,...and TEVI, have there been any more photos from SEMA of the G37's?? Damn the kids suck so far for the 37's:-( Its final...I next car will be an OB G37 vert :-)

I would buy a 335i over a G37 if i could afford a new one. I'd never buy a used turbo'd car as some people are stupid and lazy and don't know how to take care of the turbos.

That and the deals are sooooo much better threw Infiniti. You can lease a base BMW 328i RWD for $360 a month.... with 5 grand down...

Yes the 328i is underpowered compared to the G sedan but it offers more modding potential, looks better (just my opinion), gets better gas mileage. The 230HP inline 6 is still plenty of usable power for daily commuting and occasional fun. Don't get me wrong Janik, if I didn't have my coupe I would still buy it over a 328 or 335i sedan or coupe.

Lance_ Congrats are in order for the official sale of the G. And yes some SEMA pix were posted on the 37 side.

Because purchasing a new car is usually a dumb decision lol. I will stick with my used. Like i said. My dad likes to lease. He has 2 vehicles that are under his name and owned in the driveway, and he likes something new every couple years. If you bought and sold new cars every 2-4 years, you would just get hosed out of thousands of dollars. Makes no sense.

Tevi, everyones gotta drive something different, otherwise the driving world would be boring. So you can pick up a BMW, It is just that the only thing you will see of my G sedan is the taillights
