Zip Tie Repair 101.

Step One: F*ck up your ride.

Step 2.. Trim some of the thin excess, and Mark your holes.

Give it an eyball..

And then trim some more.

Lined up.. and marking dots where Zip ties will pass thru.. We will use both the single stitch and the cross stitch.

Drill you holes.. be careful not to go past the fibergalss and into something important, like your hand, or the under structure of the car.

Take a break and be sexy. It will make you feel good about yourself, and the project.

Remove the Bumper cover.. you need to do this so you can secure the zip ties from the rear of the bumper cover. In an emergency, I guess you can skip this step.. but it will look 'nicer' (key word here...LOL) if you fasten the zp ties from the rear.
(your bumper may be different as far as removing it.. since this is not a stock rear.)

Line up the pieces, and start stitching!

Don't for get the high five.

Trim the excess Zip Tie cord and remount rear

As of right now.. the rear is still apart from the car.. I'll get it back on tonight and get the Z off the jack stands.. should be ready to roll again this weekend.

BIG THANKS to Robbie (Driven1) and JR (ZRuggernDC) For the helping hand!
