I am aware of the thread date. Since this forum isn't frequented that often, maybe you could tell me the story? I only ask because I am looking for a local shop here in the Seattle area. Thanks.

I don't have anything specifically against that shop, just am very wary of shops that suddenly appear and are touted as the best. I also know the OP... Lots of guys have gotten burned by shops that don't know what they're doing or just shady... I'd recommend somewhere that's been around a while and has history with the VQ.. they have their quirks.

Well in this area they are one of the few I allow to touch my car. You have a list? I have a single turbo that I'm beefing up the cooling system in, and eventually will be doing a gtm twin kit... Hopefully.

I'm always skeptical of a shop that just suddenly appears one day with a brand new ballin-out-of-control shop, tons of brand new equipment, does a buy in to every major manufacturer/brand, and tries to sponsor 15 race cars...

Not the most high profile place around but the guys at Forged Performance do very high quality work

I was skeptical of PSI. Growing up in portland and never hearing of a place as big as theirs... But when I stopped by talked to the owner and a mechanic it put me a little more to ease. They even put their money where their mouth was when I shared some skepticism and sis a few free dyno runs after I changed a few pieces. Really quality work. But everyone trusts different shops.
