Went to Clifford Automotive today and scheduled next Wed to have my front bumper fixed, taking the metal plate off the front where the license would normally go.

He said $300 to completely sand down and redo the entire face and also seal up the hole from the license plate mount and repaint it obsidian black.

Also stopped by Mr. Tint and i'm going back at 2 to get my windows done for $129.

I'll post pics in "look what I got today" after I get the tint done

Any shops recommended in Cleveland area? I spun out a 540 degrees on I-90 near Boston on new year's weekend and ended up scraping the right corner of my rear bumper against the guard rail. I'm pretty sure it needs to be sanded and resprayed.

On a side note, can you guys recommend a good remote start/security system? I'm considering getting this done when I go back to Boston for Easter weekend.

Car's in the shop at Clifford automotive, I'll have it back Friday with a completely redone bumper without that ugly license plate holder

Can't wait!!!

I photoshopped it out and blacked out the grill:

I'll have real pics (with normal grill) on Friday

I never post on here but I saw yall talking up Clifford Automotive so I went down there this afternoon to get a quote. Carsontl, I caught a glimpse of your car with the bumper & grill off outside. Anyways, its $300 to redo front bumper, $75 to black out my grill (don't jump all over me I just don't feel like trying it myself), and $50 to repaint some side skirt damage from jumping a high curb.

Jeremy, what was that alignment place you told me about last summer that does things right? I need an alignment too.

Yeah that was my baby

Kevin (the guy that owns the place) actually helped me out of a bad situation today with a blown tire on 270, he closed up the shop just to come help me, hell of a guy.

I'm gonna get him a $20 gift card to somewhere, as a thank you.

and yeah he is charging me $300 to fix the damage to my bumper as well.

There's really no recommendable shop around cleveland area? dang.. I'l probably hit 30k mark when I come back from Boston and was hoping to find a relatively inexpensive means to get the service done.

Also, if I got my engine replaced at 22.5k, do I still need/recommended to get a coolant flush?

for alignments and suspension this guy is supposed to be awesome. A guy at work recommended him to me for setting up for tracks and custom suspensions.

While I know they send cars out for work:

Ultragloss for Tint in the Akron area. They redid my front windows and did all of my grandpa's Civic's windows...holding up well.

Had wheels powdercoated there and asked for the exact same color...no go...also poor quality.

Summary: Tint was fine; powdercoated wheels, no.
