Here's a guy I've known for 20+ years. Worked for Jan's Auto Repair for long time; now has his own shop. Kevin's Car Repair LLC. 3419 E. Dublin-Granville Rd in Westerville (on service rd by Iron Pony). 614-794-6363. He's the one that recommended me the G sedan to begin with, so I trust him completely. Does great work & pretty affordable.

I've used Performance-Alignment in Blue Ash (Cincinnati) more than a few times since they are also a Tire Rack installer. I contacted them about pricing to install a Eibach ProKit and they wanted about $800 (spring included). I am now looking for a shop in the SW Ohio area that is a little more reasonable. I am willing to drive an hour or so to get a better deal so I'll call Columbus shops as well.

my wife is from cincy..so we are down there often. Did you try Rsport in Milford? Tell them that Jared from the Ohio Imports Owners club refered you...If nothing else, call Slowmotion and tell them I refered you. Talk to Wyan there at slomo...

Im guessing you should be about 250 max for the springs brand new, 300 for the install and 80 for an alignment. Since your stock shocks will wear out in a year or so, I would wait to have then installed with the shock of your choosing (I am running the Eibach prokit with Tockico HPs). It will save you the install charge and another 80 for alignment. Good luck!

thanks for the suggestions, I'll give them a shot. I don't actually have the car yet. The local dealer is expecting a 6MT Sedan in November and it's ours if we can agree on the purchase price. It's not too early to figuring out what mods I want done. I am going with legal tint, Eibach PK, and the Tanabe axle-back.

I haven't heard about the oem shocks going bad within a year even with the Eibach PK. I have heard that some drops may require the rear camber kit, any input on that?

My shocks lasted about a year of driving on the prokit. Another member Procustom...his oem shocks only lasted about a year on his drop. So this is coming from experience.

as for the camber kit, You will eventually need a camber and toe bolt kits. This will seriously extend the life of the tires and get your suspension back close to your oem setup. Without that, your inside of your front and rear tires will go fast. Again, speaking from experience.

Anything else? PM me so we dont get off topic in this thread! Good luck on the purchase...cant wait to see pics.

could try Kevin Clifford at http://maps.google.com/maps/place?ci...io&hl=en&gl=us

He's done all my body work for bumpers and has done an awesome job at great prices.

Tell him I sent you and you're part of the Ohio G Club and Columbus Racing and he'll probably hook you up
