M3 against Audi A3

Ill hopefully be getting rid of the G35 coupe very shortly. I have boiled it down to two choices. I can get a crazy deal on a brand new Audi A3 fully loaded. Nav, Xenon, Sports, Open Sky roof and convenience packages. total would be about 32 OTD including taxes and so forth. My other choice is my cousin's 2002 Laguna Seca Blue M3. Car comes with H&R autobahn coilovers, CF intake, and an exhaust. I can get the car for about 30k max 31k. Car also has the extended warranty. I am stuck as to what car to choose between...help me out

2.0 Turbo

also forgot to mention I will be doing ALOT of work to the A3 if I do get it. As for the M3, comes w/ coils, exhaustk, intake and also a short shifter. only needs wheels

This guy Georgio asks me if he should get the M3 or the A3....

I told him he should make a post on here to see how badly he'll get flamed for having a tough time making a decision between the two, lol.
