700 hp Honda civic motor. easy

Today this kid in a civic with a "Fast and the
Furious" banner on his windshield pulled up next to me at the gas station and asked me how much hp my car had. I told him 1,000 hp, jokingly. He was surprised, he really thought I made that much power. I told him I was joking and he said " Oh, I wouldnt be surprised, those supra's make alot of power" lol hella funny. I didnt even tell him what kind of car it was. Then he said "Yeah, my friend is going to sell me "2" headers and a blow off valve and I should be pushing 700hp" lol, man I just kept laughing and laughing... I told him "Hey' the only way you can make your car 700hp is if you get a turbo and 6 more civic motors and weld them all together" lol, he didnt say anything. I just kept laughing in his face and bounced. man, that kid was super dumb. hahaha "JUST SAY NO TO FAST AND THE FURIOUS!"

sounds like an idiot, but honda b series motors with forced induction and forged internals can reach 700hp without That much crazy stuff. Build it, put an AEM in it, and put a gt40R, have someone who knows what they are doing, tune it on 40 psi and you get 700whp

I hate ricers, but I hate ignorant people, too. My friends' civics walk evo's, sti's, let alone G35's all day.

Haha thats pretty damn funny. But my buddy had a civic with a JDM integra GSR motor swapped and turbo'd that bitch. That ****er flew. it was light and quick. not all ricey tho. pretty cool.

And has anyone here seen Fast and the Furious 3. compared to the other movies, part 3 was pretty decent. i liked it. kinda ricey but i enjoyed it.

You can strap a rocket to a turd, but guess what? It is still a turd.

And in the end its still an econo box Honda Civic.

I only have put some show mods on my car (Lowering / Catback). Seriously, leave performance stuff to performance vehicles.

Even though there are a lot more ricers I do still respect those few with nice Honda Ek's and Eg's. Just pop in a K20 do some bolt ons run high 12's low 13's and call it a day.

Hahah, been there done that.. I'll admit, there are a lot of ignorant kids in the fast & furious crowd, but there are also a lot of people who know what they are doing. I started out working on cars in 92 and I started out building hondas... GSR swaps and turbos, etc... Although I don't miss it now, I learned a lot on how to build a motor, tranny, suspension, etc... since i did all the work myself.

People may say it's still a polished turd, but if you drive a car (yeah it's an econo box, haha) that weighs like 2400lbs and has 450+ whp, it is serious fun. The power to weight is insane. I had never been beat on the street, especially on highway runs. But, alas, we all grow up, and i don't miss it at all... even though i'm getting the urge to boost the G, hahah...

Some pics of the polished turd, flame on me if you wish, but remember the turd could wax that @ss, hahaha..

See, I'm not a honda hater at all. All the cars I've had before the G were Hondas. I never owned a civic though. I stuck with H22 based models and C30a's. It's just that kid was rediculious...So so annoying. but so so funny. haha
