2006 G35 5AT vs. 2004 Mustang GT

My friend is trying to get me to go to the 1/4 tonight and race his friends 04 Mustang GT. He says he has lots of mods done to it, but he hasn't told me exactly what. I'm guessing just some basic bolt on mods as he isn't FI.

Anyone think I'll have a chance at winning if I go?

If he is stick it would be close, depends what kind of bolt ons he has, but if he is auto u will win with no problem.

stock-stock a G5AT will not beat an 05Mustang GT, nevermind a modded one. A 6MT will keep it closer but still lose. You were ill-advised on this one my friend.
