First Surround Sound In A Car?
A little trivia for you fellow enthusiasts.
Who was the first automaker to come out with Dolby Surround Sound and an in-dash CD changer? Also, what year was it? This was something I came across over the weekend and was quite surprised.

dont know the year but ill shoot for lexus with the nakamachi or however you spell it.!! just my guess though....and prolly like 90-93 if i had to guess

1995 lexus LS400. ( Nakamichi) was a option, however all second generation LS which starts from 1995 & the 6 cd changer was on dash.

I agree with Glex25, Volvo c-70 1997 ... can't find better source than the source itself!
1998 is dolby digital so should be before that
