hummm... Pops just got the CLS550
The man has worked very hard in his life and does deserve a new toy. So, I told him about the CLS and he took it for a ride and fell in love. I got a chance to drive the car yesterday and I can't explain how fast that thing feels. It is very smooth and although its 0-60 in 5.2 secs it feels like its in the 4's.
He opened his own company a year ago and I had been in mortgages (until I recently decided to join the family bus.). Anyway, back when I sold loans I purchased my 2005 G and so far, I love it. However, I don't feel right with Pops having a quicker car than me. Do any of you think that I could put enough bolt on mods to keep up? Or is it time to supercharge the G? $6k for me is a little unreasonalbe to put into a car...

you will have to spend 6k on bolts ons to get even close to a zero to 60 time of 5.2..also the CLS550 has a ton of torque and will also spank you in the quarter...supercharger or TT setup will definitely be needed to overtake your pops

The cheapest and easiest way is the vortech supercharger...you'll eat him up after that because of your better hp/weight ratio...
