Need help ASAP. Regarding BMW M3.
My friend is looking to buy a CAI for her boyfriends 06 BMW M3. Does anybody here know any good web sites where to find M3 accessories, specifically CAI at a good price. And which is the est for that car. Please guys need help quick.

From a quick search I did on M3forums.com, there are several options. Look up the K&N 57. There's also the "AFE" intakes, you can take a look at those.
K&N 57 AFE Stage 1 AFE Stage 2 If you're looking for the best performance per dollar ratio, they seem to think the stock intake with a "Streamline" filter. If he's a brand name whore, some of those members believe the Dinan CAI is usually a good bet, but it comes with a big price. Hope that gets you started. |

People say the K&N + Software gets some really good HP gains. The AFE and some others are 2-3 times the price of the K&N, which you could spend on SW instead.
I have the K&N and it makes more of a mid-range growl than stock. I still miss the G35 exhaust note though!!!!

How much did you get the K&N and where did you get it from if you dont mind.
