I havent traded, but I can tell you that you will love the 07 sedan. the tech goodies for one would make me switch, but past that, the performance and looks would be more than icing on the cake.

I am looking to make the same switch. Wife needs a new car and is thinking of
just taking my 05 TL and I get a G35x. My only concern is the gas mileage,
but from what I have read it seems with normal driving it would not be too
big of a difference from my TL.

Sadly,

I am thinking of Trading my 04 Sedan in on a 07 TL. I really like Honda Nav (my wife has 07 Odyssey touring with Nav and RES), and the fuel economy. Can you give me your thought on the TL other than it has WRONG WHEEL DRIVE?

Thanks

The 07 G35 NAV is much improved. Besides, I wouldn't buy a car because of solely the NAV.

Hang around some acura forum, you ll see a lot of people trading in there TLs for G35s. The TL-S looks means with the quad exhaust, sadly, it doesnt seem to perform as well as it looks.

the gas mileage is also my only concern. i think most people with the g35 are getting 20 or less mpg. my tl sucks in the city 17 mpg but i get 30 mpg on the highway doing 70 mph. i still want the g35 though.

I am getting about 17-18mpg in the city with my TL also, highway driving is always 29-30mpg. I can deal with 15-16mpg in the G35 as long as I can get
at least 25-26mpg highway

I'll have to check it out. I tested an 04 with nav, and I was not impressed. I guess I just want the better gas mostly, but then again doesn't everyone. My wife Odessy get better mileage than my sedan, but then again it's FWD and a minivan!

Cashio, definitely check out the Navi in the 07 Sedan. I was blown away with it in my G and find it extremely impressive. The graphics are gorgeous! I haven't seen the TL's Navi so I can't compare.

The best I can get is 34X miles before filling up 17.XX gallons (5AT) which means like 20 MPG, so I doubt you can get much better than that even though you have 6MT ... the best you would get would be 24 MPG assuming you drive like grandma, 60mph, and accelerate slowly (which very unlikely gonna happen)

I can't wait to here what you have to say after driving one. I know we were absolutely blown away. You can hardly think about another car.
