G35 vs Maxima
My friends just got a 2003 SE. He is talking so much Sh#t. He is saying that he has about 312Hp stock. I know it is rated at 255. It makes me so mad. He whats to race but i really don't do that but he talks so much crap. What should i do?

That year maxima is pretty quick. The 300+ HP thing is laughable but I dont know about it being such an easy race.

very easy race...2003 maxima is not as fast as you think. my aunt has one and i drive it a lot...its so boring!

I think it would be a drivers race I owned a 2002 Maxima before I switched to the G35 and if your G is auto and rated at 260hp the Maxima is not heavier than the G35 they are about the same weight it's a drivers race.

They are rated at 255 but by numerous dynos that has been proven inaccurate. The hp was overrated while the torque was underrated. Last I checked, the 02/03 with the 3.5 were lighter than even a base G sedan. You should not have a problem provided you can drive.
