Anyone Familiar with the Acura CL? (Regarding the 08 G37 Coupe)

Well the old Acura CL has a similar sloped back and I hated it...finally Acura caught on and changed the rear to be curved...much like the current 07 sedan.

My point? 08 Coupe rear looks like the OLD CL while the 07 G sedan rear looks like the newer CL, Other than the rear I think Infiniti got it right, but that is enough for me to want the sedan over the coupe. I'd wait for the 3.7 liter in teh sedan because that rear completely ruins the car for me.

No such thing as a new CL, so I'm not quite sure what you mean by "new CL."

I've seen some that are pretty hooked up (latest gen - there is really no hope for the old school... ).. Unfortunately, the performance isn't really there. They are somewhat responsive to mods but have tranny issues (some years)..

In their day, they weren't a bad car. Nothing fantastic, but not a stinking turd.

The CL was a Honda Accord in disguise. I dated a girl w/ a sloped-trunk CL and the interior was the same as my 96 Accord's.
