2006 G35 Sedan VS Passat

I like both cars, but imho my friend's 3.6 4 Motion is nicer than a G35. It's pricey, as tends to be the disadvantage of the German cars, but the way it drives is pretty sweet.

IMO, the passat just looks ugly..
If I have to pay for a new car, I would put my money into the 07 Sedan

I agree that something about the side view could be improved, but from the front or back I would say it looks better than the 07 Sedan. The fit/finish is a plus on the Passat as well as the road feel. But unfortunately CR says avoid the 4 cyl. but recommends the 6 cyl. That means it's pricey no matter what, not to mention repairs.
