99% of the time... YES, very bad idea. Plus its not really customized to your personal style, unless you found one with the exact everything you want.

It all depends... You must be thorough with them and if you get a trouble free one then you'll save lots of $$$$. you have to remember they are selling the car with the Mod and taking 50%+ depreciation on the parts they bought/installed and most of them did take care of their car especially cars that won shows.
