correct me if im wrong but havent m5's always been slowe than m3's (given they are the same year) and GTR is targeted to the Z06 and 911 turbo.. what do you expect... either way... nice video!

The current M5, the one you see in the video, has a V10 just like the M6... the old M3 only had a V6, and the new one has a V8. The M5 and M6 are faster.

The previous gen m5 was a good 3 to 4mph faster than the m3, stock for stock.

The car in that video is not an m5, this was posted over at www.nagtroc.com, they thought the same thing but i pointed out to them that if you pause it and look close look at the mirrors and some minor details. Although its hard to tell u can make out its not an m5, it looks more like the face lifted 5 series

They are currently testing 3 gtrs at the nurburgring, they are all lined up behind each other its a cool pic over on nagtroc.com. Think you have to log in to view the pics though. Anyone who goes on its the thread called Three gtr variants being tested.
