Tire upgrade for Q45
My father has a 1996 Infiniti Q45 and I would like to upgrade the 215/65R15 to 225/60R15 , it's a small upgrade, but I want to know if anyway would advise against it? The wheel shouldn't rub the inside of the well, right?

Re: Tire upgrade for Q45
with a big car like the Q45, I'm sure you can go a lot bigger than the sizes that u posted before having issues with rubbing. However, just to make sure, get a professional opinion.

Re: Tire upgrade for Q45
I had a '95 Q with standard rims, and my car originally had 225. When I replaced the tires, I went with 235 which helped a lot. If you ask a tire dealer, I'm sure they can help you find a tire with this width that will fit your car.
