Taking your recommendations
I sold my G back in June and have yet to find a suitable replacement. I think I've been spoiled by the G and nothing seems to measure up. To be fair, my budget is pretty low relative to the G (looking to spend approx $10,000). I've looked at Acura RSX, 2005 Nissan Altima SE-R (a bit over budget), 2004 Mazda 3 Sport, even test drove a 2007 Mazda MX5 (over my budget but it was a sweet deal). I'm not sure where to look next.... recommednations? And please, don't say another G.
I'd like to hear your experiences on what you would think is a good replacement. :-)

i would say lotus elise!!! thats what i want to be my next car... but with your budget its kinda hard to find a decent car to replace the g..

used V6 Honda coupe, Used Acura 3.0 or RSX, Used Maxima/I30, Altima I guess (fugly to me but nice powertrain), Subaru (ugly but actuallly good cars), MUSTANG (for 10k, probably your best choice) not a whole lot out there for 10k.

Thanks JoeyGott, Ragin & Mang. I appreciate your input. It looks like I'm leaning towards the Altima 3.5, maybe the SE-R. It has 63,000 miles and looks in pretty good shape. Any experiences with this? Anyone know of a good forum for the Altima?
The numbers are straight-forward - I sold my 04 G and I'm looking to spend $15,000 CDN which I would figure is approx 10 to $12,000 USD. I already own a ~~~~ and cannot justify owning close to $~~~~~ in cars when I have two kids nearing university age and another coming along right behind. a friend of mine hasa a altima 3.5 SE. never had a prob with it. i drove it and it drives pretty nice.
