Almost bought one of these.
Give it a test drive. Its turbo 4 mated with its not so great MT makes city driving a PITA.
I got a 05 G35X instead. Much better daily driver, much more class and a bit faster; for less money.

Looked into it. Pretty cheap car, since it is not selling well. Half *** AWD system and kind of heavy. In conclusion, there are better cars in the market with similar price.

ive been looking into it. I can get a 2006 for under 20k. Considering it over the G35 sedan because 1, i think it looks better, 2 you dont see them everywhere you go, and 3 its alot of car for the money. I think it does not sell well because mazda doesnt advertise it. Idk

It looks almost exactly like a regular Mazda6, which is very common.
Looks good on paper, but your really need to drive one to understand why it is not very popular, even with its very reasonable price.
I'll bet if they stuck a high output, big displacement V6 and give it one of their excellent Mazda MT, it would be a lot more popular.

it's still a mazda... basically they look alright the first few months...
then the styling gets real boring like the current 6.

I drove one a while back and didn't think much of it. Power delivery was not very smooth and I didn't like the feel of the clutch so it wasn't that much fun to drive. Since it's not selling well and Mazda is stopping production, you might be able to get a good deal. Even so, I would rather spend more on something that's better looking and a better drive - like a G35.
