Not bad. This and the FX are my favorite crossover type designs.

I think the thing looks like boiled crap. I don't like the design direction BMW is taking, then again my dream car is a N/A built 300whp S14 E30 M3. DTM FTMFW!!

I agree on the looks. Good observation on the rear window sightline. Obviously a few more tweaks to come.

I don't think it would be too difficult to see out of. Take a look at the 350z's rear window. I had one and it was tough to see out of at first, but you are able to adjust the rear view mirror to make seeing out of it pretty easy.

I never quite understood the concept of some crossover SUVs. It's basically raising the center of gravity of a car with only the capacity of a sedan without improving any off road abilities. What's the point besides making the car less stable corning and making people pretend they own an SUV minus the passenger/cargo space?

Its a concept, that rear window will never make it into production.

Have another look at the X6 concept. The sight line of the X6 is different from the Z because of the shorter window height and the large roof extension at the window top. (Your head is above the top of the window.) Doubtful that window will make it into production being such an apparent safety issue.

Because I am an M3 loyalist. I previously owned an E46 and will be procuring an E92, although I may wait and see if the CSL makes it stateside. Although I'm not a huge fan of the styling, the performance should make it worth it. I have to say though, it's growing on me.
