traded the G today

today i traded in my 03 6mt coupe for an 05 A4 quattro. G wasnt to practical anymore(need a car good for the winter and that i can actually put things in the trunk) and had its share of problems. im lovin the A4 right now, power isnt anywhere close to the same but its still a great car, black on black with ultra sport package and low km on it. it was fun while i had it but maybe ill go for the g37 in the summer if the cayman doesnt work out.

Congratulations on your new ride. Only one thing though, you got rid of the coupe for the Audi cause you need a practical ride, but you may go back to a coupe or Cayman in the summer. You only need a practical ride in the winter ? Just curious, oh, and how about pics .

Yes, nice combo of rides.

More than we need to know on the gas situation.

Having lived in New England for 4 years I gotta say that's a good move especially with winter coming up. I remember I used to log about 10miles/month between November and March. The coupe is nearly useless in the snow or slush, so I didn't even bother trying. Not to mention everytime my car touches salt I spend the next 2 hours in the garage rinsing the car off.

yeah the snow sucks here for the G. anybody who says the G is great in snow "if you know how to drive it" is full of ****. even with snow tires its only good for short trips on salted roads.
