Yup. Without sounding too biased, I think this article got it right. The G35 performance is only second to the 335i but costs a lot less even to the lesser competitors such as the CTS, IS350 or Acura TL-S.

Great review, and it's great to see the G on top. It's pretty hard to beat the value that the G offers with it's long list of features, performance, and technology. I also thought it was great to see the CTS placing well. I was surprised to see them place it ahead of the IS350, however I still think the CTS is the best domestic Sedan on the market today.

"...high feature content and low cost..." thats y we won but if it was performance test, i think g35 could've come in 2nd or 3rd.

No doubt our cars are the BEST bang for the buck!!

I'm also pretty surprised that CTS's 0-60mpg and 1/4 mile are kinda slow...

I thought they can do at least under 6 sec and close to 14 sec?

Hm... is that cuz of all the weight it's carrying?

^^^^

CTS is almost 2 tons. With that much weight, i thought it performed pretty well against the other's.

I was a little surprised, too. This car is though quite beautiful. If Cadillac had performance on par with Infiniti, there is no doubt it would have taken the crown. The design is simply awesome for a GM vehicle.

Unfortunately, in the picture with all the cars with their headlights on, the G is the only one without integrated foglights.

Yeah the CTS is almost 400 pounds heavier than the G. Size wise, its about the size of a 5 Series.
