Reinforces my opinion on GM seeing as i can post pics of MY cars (made by them) on a forum without them getting butthurt by it.

It's geared towards companies making profits off the images, not individuals posting pics of their cars on message boards. For example calendar manufacturers taking pics of cars, printing them on calenders and making $$.

I can believe and can't believe just about everything Ford does. Being from Michigan it is just painful to watch them make mistake after mistake while GM and DC pull away. Ford is crap and I think they enjoy it, just look at the Lions.

The way I read it, it doesn't have anything to do with owners posting pictures of their cars on forums, rather creating and selling a calender for profit using Ford images. Obviously this is absurd as they aren't going to generate huge profit margins from this small club calender.

I used Design mechandise for a licensed Ford group. They paid an astrnomical amount to get rights to use the logo, and even then there are super strick guidelines that have to be followed, and submitted to Ford for approval. They are pretty crazy if u ask me.
