^^ Yeah i agree...but then again you know some tuner out there will have figured it out soon enough so I'm prolly just over reacting...But if not oh well...I figure wouldn't have any money for aftermarket rims anyhow after purchasing the car....Heheh..

This is all the bugs from being 1st generation.....this will change due to buyer
demand..... I am not too wild about these big brother type of controls. These sound like government nanny state requirements from California written by some busybody bureaucrat who has to justify their job. If Nissan guys are reading this.....make sure you know your market....:lol Folks here live for modifications and the freedom to choose their tracks.... If you want to actually sell this car here in the US....change these features before you sell it here.

Who cares... 111mph limiter w/ Track-GPS is on Japan-spec GTR's only.
U.S. spec GTR's will have the typical 155mph limiter that all cars get.

Was this info confirmed by Nissan? Someone feels the presence of a new king of the road and tries to scare ppl off from buying it.

I can imagine how weird it is when a GTR is going 180kph @ WOT and then almost any car on the road passes it.

the A blog ought to be D listed...
... I have been a fan of the site for a long time, but some of the recent posts seem more to have something to do with quantity over quality ~ w~o doing any (or enough) leg work or checking first, more links and references and reaching outside the norm just to have a new story.
they just re posted that story about some dealers asking $120+ for the gtr. that was not worth printing on 1 ply let alone a lead story on their main page. I know, I called some here in ct, and nobody was anywhere near it. they are giving the Post whore award a whole new meaning these days.
