Trading in '07 Si.

I have a leased '07 Civic Si that I got from my brother when I got rid of the G. Literally swapped cars.

Anywho, I want something that has a little more. I currently have an '06 M3 so I don't want something that's either that expensive or that fast.

Since I dropped off the Civic at the dealership for an oil change, I decided to check out their used/new cars.

I saw an '06 yellow S2000 for... matter of fact, check for yourself: http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...ce=&cardist=12

The new '08's were around 34k-ish.. Too much for my price range..

Either way, not looking for a sedan/truck/SUV, just another coupe that's faster than the Si.

Thoughts?

A used S2k gets my vote Wally. I've been wanting one as a weekend toy for quite some time now. It's a quick little roadster, handles amazing, and has the best manual tranny I've ever driven.

I don't think so. The closest I'd get to that is probably be the Z. Haven't checked out the prices either so I'm not sure.

same here. The reason I ended up with the G is because they gave us more for our trade-in. I really wanted that s2k though. Guess now it's my chance.

We'll see how everything goes. But I'll be doing the actual trade-in in about 2-3 months or so.

Thanks for your input everyone. More comments are also welcome.

As others have said s2k would be the right way to go. I have driven my friend's s2k many times and its just blast to drive. One thing though, don't get stuck in traffic with it, it can get annoying and uncomfortable. I got stuck in an hour traffic with it and couldn't wait to get out of it. Im 6"1' though so that might played a roll.

BTW if u want nice deals give me call on my cell.

Dude, what happened to the shift knob on the S2000? Are they actually selling it like that?

1 series or vette? The s2k has a major perk; droptop.

Should just have stayed with the G, with the M3 as an addition to your car list.

But seeing how the G is gone, I'd definately go for that S2000. M3 for DD, and S2k for weekends should be amazing

.

+1!..
I was going to get one this summer as a summer car, but don't feel like going into to debt at the age of 19. I plan on getting one in '09 and hopefully the prices for AP2's will drop as well.

I CANT WAIT
