Tsx

I have a 05 4cyl Accord Coupe as a daily driver, its my wife's car and we both work in the same school district. I dislike this car alot. It has lots of blind spots and its hard to get things out of the back seat. There are a few TSX's around with low miles for about 19k which is in my price range. Anyone have any pro's or con's.

TSX is a great car. Very good handling for a FWD. Good looks too. IMHO a tad underpowered but one of the few larger sedans with a 4 cyl (should be good for mpg).

The TSX is an awesome car but make sure the transmission is in in good condtion if buying a manual. my friend brought one with 22k on it and the tranny $hit the bed on him 2 weeks later.

It would be an auto because it is my wife's car and she refuses to learn how to drive stick.

The 4 door accord would be a nice ride.

Ehh. I would like to be in something different. I like the interior better in the TSX than the Accord.

I dont have Navi like this one.

Ive seen a few that have Navi like this one for 19-22k

+1

Great car, but lacking in oomph (4cyl) and somewhat crippled by its drivetrain (FWD).

If you're looking for a deal and can wait, hold out until the '09 TSX redesign is available at the stealerships. The old style used market should take a big depreciation hit (especially late model examples, e.g., '06/'07/'08).

I'd give up my G if they made the TSX with the 2.3L-T and SH-AWD from the RDX.

I've been reading recently that the later 2009's may be coming out with a diesel engine, which is supposed to really help out with fuel economy.

When I bought my G35 in 2003, and gas prices were under $1.40/gallon, I didn't care too much. Now, it is affecting my options on the next car.

That is, if I actually do sell my car when it turns 6. By then, I should have $18,000 saved up for a car, and with the trade in on my G35, I would hope that it shouldn't be a large loan to take out.

I love TSX's but I think they messed up on the styling on the new '09s...hideous IMO

Yes I saw the new one yesterday, that new grill is ugly and so are the rear tail lights.

Nowadays Acura's are pretty much ugly underpowered FWD cars.. Go for it if you want a step up from your accord.

The 09 is disgusting.. The commercials for it are retarded too.

TSX is basically an Accord (atleast in Europe and other parts of the world). I would look somewhere else if you wanted something different from your Accord.
