The standard GTR edges out the Z06 in several areas. 0 to 60, and breaking.
0 to 100, the Z06 slightly passes the GTR by .4 secs. No question a lighter GTR will match the Z06 in top speed and accleration to 100. And again this is the slowest version of the GTR R35s 3....  And you know folks here in So cal, are going to get this GTR to 200mph....with mods just for fun...

there is just something really nice about a NA car that does 0-60 in 3.8 seconds. i am biased my dad has a z06 and its probably the most fun car i will ever drive. never knew what it meant to be scared of how fast and powerful a car could be until i got behind the wheel of that.
im trying to get him to procharge his vette but he is still hesitant. one thing will always remain german car drivers will hate on american and japanese cars. americans will hate on japanese and german and japanese will hate on american and german. i love that r8 though. the superbowl commercial based on the godfather with the r8 literally gets me excited.
