Which is the better car for 38K...?

A 2006 GS300 fully loaded AWD with Mark Levinson audio, navigation, etc.with 11k miles, a 2006 Audi S4 Quattro with 35K miles (100K mile warranty), or a new 08 G37 coupe?

I personally would go with the S4, but that particular one is way overpriced. I'm seeing '05's with 10k to 14k miles going for extremely low $30K's.

That being said, have you considered an M3?

EDIT: I'm having a problem linking to the carmax page, but it's an Alpine White 2005 M3 with 24K miles for $39K. I tried linking it 3 times and it took me to some 2000 330i listing, so I tried to list the search results and it took me to some page full of Acura MDX's. Do yourself a favor and search for it. It's in SoCal somewhere if that helps.

+1 on the S4 being way overpriced

+1 on it being my choice of the three

+1 on considering an E46 M3 if you're in that price range.

G37

The audi and lexus are both nice, but they are used, and who knows what has been done to them.

But if you live in an area where it snows alot then get the S4 so you have awd.

The car list consists of completely different cars.

Out of all of them, I would go for the G37, with the S4 being the second choice. But that's because I know my priorities.

And 1+ on a used M3 with Warranty.

2008 G37. It is newer and holds its value better than the others.
