Gto 6.0 Picked On Me!

i'm not a racer type, even when i know i can beat them, but in this situation, i would of gotten KILLED!!! so i'm driving and minding my own business when a blue GTO drove next to me and rev couple of times and then left me smelling his tire marks and exhaust smell... he did this like 3 times. he would just waited for me to cruise next to him, or slow down to where he would line up w/ me again.... i have never been bullied by anyone like this before!!! he basically put my self-esteem and car to shame.... that nasty engine/exhaust sound, feels like his monster car was about eat up my G35C. Why didnt they make our car faster stock.....I WANT TO F/I my car now!!! but no money....

that story there is EXACTLY why i went turbo, i hate those meat head v8 drivers who think they have the fastest car on the road, i WISH a gto did that to me.

Well....atleast our car looks 10x better. And the name on the car is Infiniti vs. Pontiac.

I had a jetta try to egg me on the other day. I'll laughed to his face and let him get pissed as he floored it away.

Who cares if he's faster. Overall, who has the better car? I'm pretty sure 95% of the population knows which car they would prefer to be on.

Speed isn't everything, unless that's all you care about. If you did just care all about speed, then you got the wrong car. The G35 is a great all-around car, whereas the GTO only focuses on straight-line acceleration and lacks everything else to what a car is.

Honestly, I find it funny when cars like that try to tease me into racing. It's always the "speed-racers" out there who have closed their eyes into believing speed is everything about a car

I've raced a few GTO's at the drag strip. Stock one's have never "smoked" me, but obviouosly I have lost every race (I have bolt-ons). But once they modify it, they turn into a completely different beast. Too bad they still have mediocre handling

Keep in mind your car is luxury, like they said before gto's are for meat heads, you are in a whole different ball game, I went from a vw jetta to G35 again whole diff ball game...

GTOs handles like boat? Not from what I've experienced..

The G35 and the GTO both handle pretty good but neither is exactly on the bleeding edge. Both are great cars, I'd have no problem with owning a GTO in addition to the G35. But since I had to make a choice, I prefer the G35 due to the styling.

It does have a great engine; that's obviously a given. But besides that, the car really does nothing else for me.

It looks like it's the other way around, actually.

The G35 doesn't exactly cause droves of people (barring the inexperienced) to say "ZOMGWTF - it handles like it's on rails!!!"

Is it sporty? Sure. Handles better than most? Sure. The same can be said of the GTO though. But it's not like difference between the two is the same as that between a Dodge Caravan and a Z06.

I like that new Pontiac g8 GT that came out. Yet I would never buy a Pontiac.
