The chasis really couldn't support the power that would make for anything other than a drag car.

2. If you are spending that much money why wouldn't you just buy a better car?

??????? Those chassis are fine. You could stiffen them up with braces if needed.

That's what the BMW guys say about our G35s.

in the world of modifications it's probably not all that expensive to do. Not sure of another car $5K more that would perform or at least accelerate like this would.

these numbers are probably way off since I'm just guessing completely but I guess a used sentra maybe 16K a used VQ what $5K... A $21K hot rod Sentra is still half the price of a new G35 and would woop the hell out of it.

Some may enjoy having a serious sleeper.
Ricers hell I dunno pretty fast and reliable for what is it and the cost.

Putting in some iron lump of a V8 into the front of a Miata isn't really my idea of a good swap. Way too much weight up front.

At least these guys are using all aluminum V6s. The VQ35 is actually supposed to be lighter than the VQ30

I believe he was referring to the front to rear weight bias. With the high front weight bias you end up with a car that wants to go fast in a straight line, but doesn't like to turn.

I bet it's not too bad. The VQ35 is actually lighter than the VQ30 it replaced. I don't remember if those sentras used an iron block or not. Or how heavy the QR motors are.

Certainly not any WORSE than all the RB26 powered 240sxs everyone drools over for some reason
