you know the funniest thing about mike at ricerside? he's a big sponsor on here and even if i disagreed with him, i'd more likely agree to some extent because i like the products he has (i've made two purchaces), it's like arguing with someone from motordyne, can't bite the hand that feeds you (for the most part). haha

lmao I would be one... this thing is gonna destroy the GTR... its 2 years out and only 12 seconds behind on a 7 min lap...

Hopefully this will be V-Spec and ZR1 competition... hopefully it will be far better than those 2.... and of course... hopefully I can afford one in 2 years

umm how does where the engine is mounted matter if it can outperform its competition...

get your facts straight... its NOT an AWD... its a RWD... it uses technology from honda's SH-AWD systems...

They make it... they can call it whatever they want...

It looks to be a complete departure design wise.....

Should be a killer machine though & great to have more competition in the segment.
I doubt they will call it NSX.

After doing some more research it seems it may be a little larger than I thought. Corvette + . I really think it will be highly competitive in the segment. I'm guessing it's not going to be cheap though.

It's not quite like that.

It's like comparing the cheap but good burger at a local bar to the overpriced fancy one at an expensive restaurant.

It's no wonder they sell 100x as many cheap ones. They taste just as good for half the price.

If the car was so great, why didn't anyone buy them?

I'll answer that question again... overpriced and underpowered.

I had one for a day, and I want one. It would be my daily.

Golf club sets fit in the NSX btw... since the G coupe does 2...
Glad to hear they put nice seats in the thing. No doubt, the car is a blast to drive.

No doubt, the used one is a bit expensive for how old it is though.

how does that make sense?

none of the SH-AWD tech makes sense in a non-AWD car...

Its like saying AYC from an EVO is being applied to a RWD...

Honestly, just because you cannot appreciate something something truly special, doesn't mean that no one can.
To me the NSX is beautiful, because it strives for automotive perfection, and has nothing to prove. The idea behind it is:
What can we accomplish, if we set out to make a car, that is a joy to drive, and can be enjoyed on a regular basis? What if it wasn't a car that made your ego bigger by being faster than the other guy's, or being a flashier brand to get you laid?
So yea, people that had something to prove didn't buy one. People that didn't care about the driving experience didn't buy one. And unfortunately, due to the high price of admission, people that didn't have enough money didn't buy one. But the fact that it sold 250 a year, means that there were 250 enthusiasts every year, that didn't have an inferiority complex, and just wanted something special.
