GTR & ZR-1 vids side by side

they just released a synchronized vid showing the vids of the GTR and the ZR-1 side by side. also there is a clock that starts at the same point for both cars. it shows where the strength of both cars are. enjoy

I think the most impressive part of that video was on that long straight away. The ZR1 just obliterated the GTR in that run. But then again, it would do the same to most other cars out there.

Both are impressive for what they are.

I think I would be scared to floor the gas pedal on the ZR1 if I ever had the chance

No question Henry, the ZR1 completely out-accelerated the GT-R on the straights.....it wasn't even much of a contest IMO.

Honestly, the GTR was faster in the straights than it "should" be when comparing the power/weight of the two cars.

I still think this time is BS for the GTR in the sense that the car in the video is making way more than 480hp. A simple "tune" will make huge differences in HP for this car. So, if they were still working on the tune......

Car and Driver has gotten the following 1/4 mile times for the GTR:

11.5@124mph (waaaaaaaaay too fast for a 3900lb 480hp car.
