A Z06 can smoke a 2002 Ferrari 360 spider but the class the Ferrari speaks is just un-matched and I feel kind of the same between the M3 and the Vette right now.

We're not talking about C6's... (The C6 is actually a car that can compete with other supercars... It's a great car, but I'd still get an aero 8!!)

The old ones aren't... They are utter classic American muscle, but since they went wedgie, they look naff. They should have retained the looks of the older car, and they would have then stood out.

Completely agree. You obviously have taste! Wedge isn't always bad... Ferrari 355, Lotus Esprit, Lambo Diable, TVR Wedge, etc, all worked well as an aesthetic design. The vette doesn't in my opinion.

The Stingrays from 1963-1967 were absolutely beautiful. Everything from 1968-1982 was an absolute atrocity. Not a proud moment in American automobile engineering.

M3. I would never own a Vette, or any domestic. I wouldn't even have one as a beater.

Ever DRIVEN one? Fun as hell to drive.

The only real issue I have with American cars is the reliability factor. And everyone I've known that has had a Mercedes or BMW ALL have to deal with reliability issues.
