Mexican Nissan Tsuru
They are essentially B13's with zero miles on them. In my opinion, a much better car than an Aveo or Smart car...and its only $9K US (brand new). The question is...can they be legally imported and driven without too much hassle?

im sure, american made cars are transported to mexico all the time.
