which rental should i get
was in a fender bender in daily beater. it goes into shop on monday. between two used car places, i have a choice based upon what my insurance pays.
focus, chevy aveo, sentra, lancer (no, not evo). i'll have for a week. will be putting 500-600 miles on it. like to drive daily (sentra) 75 - 85 mph, as rush hour will allow.will appreciate good mpg. 04 6mtC, DG - possibly most babied G on the board.

If it's just rush hour, I'd go with the Sentra. Possibly the Lancer.

I'd go with the Focus or Sentra.
Actually, they tried to stick me in a compact when my car was in the shop. I argued them up to a midsized rental. I think they were confusing the G35 with the G20. Of course, the rental place was out of midsized cars and gave me a "free" upgrade to a Mercury Grand Marquis. I think I'd have rather had the compact... [img]/w3timages/icons/tongue.gif[/img]

i ended up with the sentra because it had a sun roof.
now, my daily driver is an 04 sentra. i must admit, i had fleeting thoughts about swapping the trunk mat and all 4 tires with my car. if i cleaned up the tires, they would never know. 04 6mtC, DG - possibly most babied G on the board.
