Just test-drove the new Toyota Sequoia

Tried to talk my wife into a new car, to replace her current '04 Sequoia. So we drove the new one, with the 5.7L V8. Holy crap - it goes 0-60 in 6.6 seconds, which is as fast as my old Maxima with the 3.0 VQ! Not bad for a 6k pound vehicle. It also stops fast, has a turning circle that I swear is tighter than the G, and is the size of a small space station - pretty wild.

And, my wife decided she likes her current one better. Can you believe it? Are women different than men or what?? How can you not want a new car...?

Haha, because she knows someone has to pay for it even though her current Sequoia is just fine.

Hahaha.

Anyway, Toyota is pretty good at making big vehicle now a-day. Even though alot of people still disaggree, you see more and more Sequoia, Tacoma and Tundra on the street. Everyone love them.

Ive test driven over 200 toyota land cruisers 200 series before and after we armor them and those things kick a$$. I believe they have most of the same components as the Seqoia so i can concur that Toyota SUV with the 5.7 are really cool.

Im currently in our Dubai factory and we just got some 2009 Toyota Land Cruisers with the V8 Twin Turbo Diesel motor and holy crap the Torque on those things is ridiculous...probably somewhere around 500lb or torque!!!

edit* just did the conversion...it Australia it says the TLC TD has 650 NM which is 479lb torque...dammm thats alot for an SUV
