do G35 owners think they own fast cars?
i dont, i got my 05 and its slow, hardly beat a new v6 mustang which ='s pathetic. anyways, thats not the reason i got it. its a nice car of course. i was wondering if you guys think your the fastest cars on the road? do you guys bother racing vettes or other fbodys (yeah lt1s r ghey and you prolly hang with them) ive just seen alot of post about owners bragging about beating some pretty ****ty cars. discuss

I DON'T think my G can take on ZR1s, Bugattis and Ferraris but it's more faster, reliable, better looking, luxurious then the previous 2000 Accord 4 banger I was driving.

F Body's are pieces of junk to begin with and C5/C4 Vettes are great if you like sitting in an ugly tub with a sh!tty interior. C6 Vette's get a thumbs up though.

My guess is, if you could afford to buy the car, you have atleast some basic level of intelligence and know that it is by no means a fast vehicle. You would also know, that it's not the point of this car at all. While mine is stored for the winter and I commute around in a Civic, there are many things about my coupe that I miss, the LEAST of which is the power. And quite frankly, I know that I would be missing those exact same things in a Mustang, even if it were a V8. And I'm not talking about luxuries, even though they do factor in. I'm talking about the precise steering, lack of body roll, loads of grip, beautiful shifter and just an overall feeling of solid-ness and confidence when pushed hard.

It's quick enough for my daily commutes....I don't street race....Crappy winters up here mean even my wife's Pathfinder can beat me on the roads the way they are right now, all icy, snow, and slush covered....
