Anyone recognize this wheel?
  On the front of the wheel, it has the JWL tag On the rear, it has 17x8J 686 Made in Taiwan Max Load 1900lbs ET5 00 H 4/8 Any ideas??

More info
Bolt patten is 5 x 4.5 BS is about 4.5" give or take. Hard to measure it really. I am guess it's an OEM wheel. Just no idea what. Reason being the person who owns them wants to get center caps for them
