I think it's "area under the curve" they are trying to achieve, not max power. Max power isn't hard to get, just slap the largest turbo/fuel system possible and tune.....well, it's a little more difficult than that but you get the point.

the damn car has a horrible tranny in it anyways im guessing it wont last long but i have seen crazier things but im sure if they turn on launch control it will launch and blow so im assuming they baby the car
