How does it stack up?

please dont mind me asking...but how would an 04 530i fair against a 2nd Gen. G35x ? the 530 has an inline 6 making 225hp and 214tq ...but after driving one for a week , it seems like theres more in there
so what do u think? if u were to choose btw the 2..which would you pick and why? personally i am going for the G..but id still like input... THANKS!

It's not very hard to look up 0-60, 1/4 mile, and even track times....

ive already made up my mind ( if youve read carefully youd see)...thats not what i was asking, and i wasnt asking for track times either...all i meant to ask is how they compare because the G is closer to its size than it is to the 3series... im definate that many here have made the transition from 530i to G35 and i want to know differences and similarities...sorry if im too much...
