GTR (?)....new and faster model after the Spec V .

The EVO?

Quote:
Speaking with Edmunds, Nissan engineer Kazutoshi Mizuno revealed that the SpecV is “not the high-performance version of the GT-R” and that another model is in the pipeline.

What Mizuno has in store is still anyone’s guess but one suggestion gaining credence is Nissan will build a road-going ‘homologated’ version of its FIA GT1 race car. The storied ‘LM’ badge (short for LeMans) is expected to be revived for the “high-performance” GT-R and output is rumored to be set as high as 592hp (442kW) and 506lb-ft (685Nm) of torque.

Don't get me wrong the r34 is the sexiest but in my eyes the r35 is a very close second

r34 and r32 were my favorite r32 mostly because i've lived in japan for a year and loved the look of the car.

If cars stayed the same through the generations would their be progression? I respect opinions, but the r35 is sick as fvck, lay off the crack rock

aston martin is beautiful, but it is functionally dismal. even aston knows this.

the problem with earlier 'boxy' skyline gt-r's, is that it was confined within the economy skyline chassis.

the new gt-r doesn't use the g35/g37 chassis anymore, and now is more function over form... the look is growing on me, but i've enjoyed the 'toy racer' tuner look of the r34.

and i would never choose an r32 over anything that was made during the last 20 years.

you know for a fact, any r32 has been dogged to sh*t, and will probably fall apart if you don't put over $100k in importing spare parts and another $50k in labor to maintain it.

that being said, the r35 will run circles around any other skyline gt-r, and is 10 times more convenient.

your right about the r35 running circles around previous models, but i wasn't talking about it's performance anybody who doesn't see it's capabilites is blind i just wished it would've looked different. if i had to buy track car these would at the top of the list. i did'nt mean to offened anybody who owns a gtr so with that being said i will no longer make comments pertaining to the new gtr.
