Should I buy this?

I don't need it at all, Cali is ridiculously far from me, but it's.... beyond dirty cheap, would make a perfect track car, and I have all of next week booked off of work, so I'm actually able to make the trip out. Other problems... I have no idea how the importation process works, I'm assuming I can just bring Canadian plates, throw it on the car, and then drive it from Cali to Detroit or something and get the car inspected by customs there.
