The Honda and Nissan museums would be extremely interesting to go to.

Honda museum US....... seriously, not very interesting.
Whats so much more and "very interesting" about a DATSUN museum? Because after all you drive a datsun.. Second, wtf is so special about a mazda museum?

Took nissan 18 years to catch up to honda and build an exotic/super car.. toyota and mazda haven't even made it yet.

Where do you see nissan, and mazda ranked up to honda in Formula 1 races?

Face it, if honda really wants to they can engineer a motor 1000000x better than any other japanese or american car company.

This is also coming from a guy who generally hates hondas.

i understand your post but i must argue that nissans super car has always been a car that was ment to be driven daily and all year long, hence the GT-R haratige (sp)

also they might be able to engineer a motor that is 100000x better but it will still be in the 4cyl class, since there 6cyls do not come close to nissans or others like the BMW i6 and there v8s are almost non exsictance

if nissan wanted to (i wish they did) they would make a proper succesor to the sr20 and neo vvl and also further engineer the VQ series to once again be on the wards top then for another 13 years in a row...............but they wont so im not keeping my fingers crossed

but man can honda make a transmission, those guys know there gears!!!!

as for the site, seems pretty cool ima let my honda friends know about this since im sure they have no clue the site exsits

Nissan's GTR's never really qualified as a supercar except for the R35.

As far as engines.... I'm pretty damn sure honda can make a better race engine than nissan anyday.

PS: the VQ35DE in our cars is a freakin joke.

but that is no longer the current engine in the VQ line now is it? in the 6cyl range the current VQ is top of its class stock for stock N/A, honda is no where close

as for race engines **** id kill to see honda or nissan enter the new F1 league there are creating

Thanks for sharing, I have owned a civic hatch (89) and an accord coupe (94) - loved them both, drove the ex's 94 civic for years, all stick, all great on gas, and drove well into the high 190s, and my accord over 200 easy.

I have always wanted to go back and pick up a late 90s NSX for weekends, but they are still 45k for a 97 or newer (HP change yr) - that is a lot of coin for a summer toy only, but what a toy!

you cant kill em, and I was getting almost 47 MPG on the highway with my 89 when she was young, damm good car, and even handled snow storms with ease. never failed me up hills and down, even in medium snow 5 inches deep.
