Acura has no clue what they are doing with their newest generation of designs, all pretty ugly IMO.

I would certainly have to agree with that Marcus. Of all the luxury brands (Infiniti, Acura, BMW, Lexus, Mercedes), Acura seems to be the one lost trying to identify themselves in the marketplace. They are the only one of the brands mentioned above that still don't offer a RWD platform....not to mention their latest designs certainly haven't appealed to the masses. It's a shame though as they've had some great looking cars in the past.

It's obviously all a matter of personal preference, but from what I've read on a number of car forums that I am a member of, Acura takes the cake when it comes to people not liking their new designs. You know it's bad when Acura dealerships are offering to paint the grille body color. On a side note, I've actually liked the way Ford is going with their designs.

The MDX was the last one, it was on my shopping list for when I get an SUV, the FX is polarizing and the previous MDX had grown on me. Now they went ahead and gave the MDX a beak

The MDX is not that bad compared to the new TL. The new TL is a travesty compared to the older generation TL, which I absolutely love.

What good does Acura see in putting that hideous front fascia on ALL of their vehicles? Its worse than them trying to create a "sports sedan" with FWD.

I would have to agree with you. Although Acura did take a step back with this desgin of the new MDX, it's nothing compared to how many steps back they took on all other current models.

I have always liked Acura's line up, but they have ruined their looks with the latest generation of vehicles.

+1 on Ford's designs and engines. They are definitely headed in the right direction and completely afloat on their own.

Same here. I have always loved the look of the TL, especially the last gen. Nothing against Acura personally, I just can't stand their current styling and the fact they refuse to offer a RWD platform.

I wasn't crazy about the new FX until I saw it in person, it looks very aggressive.
