Nissan Altima Coupe

What do you guys think of the altima coupe? The other day I was returning from work and was in a hurry till I approached some ***ged inside an altima. He was doing the "I'm the King of the road" driving in the middle of a 2 lane road and wouldnt let me pass. I thought it was funny, he had the cheap 2.5 se and some cheap rimz but treated himself like he was in a GT-R. damn ricers

lol, when i see those ricers with their "gangsta" lean, wearing $5 fake gucci shade, left arm hanging out the window, blastin their mainstream "gangsta" music, I get next to him and and downshift, resulting in leaving him in my dust.

They're pretty nice cars, a good alternative to the non-Si Civic coupe or Scion Tc something in that segment.

Great choice for people that just want a sporty looking daily driver without paying for all the actual expensive 'sporty stuff' like RWD and powerful engine that they don't care for anyway.

It's actually quite simple, most people can appreciate the sporty look of a 2 door without actually caring for any of the other qualities that come with a sports car. So it's a perfect fit for them when a company strips a car of all its sportiness except for the look, and sells it for a competitive price. Just look at the success of the Scion Tc.

Yea see I can see your point when the old lady or clueless chick/blonde buys the car to look hot or cute..

But if thats the case that you're trying to say/put out then why do all these broke and POOR kids buy these cars just to dump about $10-20K into the car to make it faster or cooler?

What's the point of these "cool" kids buying the cheap wannabe sport car and dumping money to make into a real sports car? Why not save that money and buy yourself a Cobra mustang or something thats REALLY a sports car? Thats what I don't get.

altima coupes are pathetic and their drivers are even worse. every single one ive seen has drivers that think they are the ish driving around hella fast, cutting people off. they think they drive a g but even worse, they think they got it better since theirs is cheap.

ugly cars, many better choices in that kind of price and similar style bracket, drivers are douches = lose

Same thing with the Pontiac Sunfire coupe - it was perceived by the clueless 20 something fat chicks as being 'sporty' and 'cheap' and they bought them in droves. Now, an Altima coupe isn't as terrible a car as a Sunfire, but the 'image' of driving a sporty car is there. I think they're attractive cars, just not a car I would purchase.
